It’s Out of Sight! JAHMA’s Annual Spring Management Event is here! Hundreds of affordable housing professionals from New Jersey will gather at The Borgata for two days of education, networking, and inspiration. More than a dozen vendors who provide services to the affordable housing industry in New Jersey will also be on hand for attendees to visit with.

A limited number of exhibitor sponsorships are available. We are also offering a lanyard sponsorship, JAHMA Party sponsorships, Event App sponsorhiop and a bag sponsorship.
Exhibit tables will be assigned on a first-reserved, first-paid basis. Please note these are table top displays and only pull-up/retractable banners are permitted.

Continuing Education Credits: The National Affordable Housing Management Association provides 6.5 credits toward the National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) Certification. NJHMFA provides 0.5 points toward the 2025 Managing Agent Evaluation. Credit box will be stamped when evaluation survey is turned in.
