Cancellation Policy
In the event that an exhibitor or sponsor must cancel prior to May 7, all refunds will be at the discretion of JAHMA based on date of cancellation and benefits received thus far. To reserve a space, fees must be paid in full. 

Exhibit Table Information
Exhibit tables will be assigned on a first-reserved, first-paid basis. Please note these are table top displays and only pull-up/retractable banners are permitted.
