The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) is proud to kick off the annual art/calendar contest. We anticipate that more than 5,000 children, seniors, and residents with special needs nationwide will participate in the calendar art contest this year.

The New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association has been named the Small AHMA of the Year for 2024 by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA)

The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) announces the winners of its 2023 Industry and AHMA Awards, which will be presented during its Biannual Top Issues in Affordable Housing winter conference, March 6-8.

The effective date of the HOTMA provisions will be January 1, 2024. Owners may not implement these provisions prior to their effective dates. JAHMA has begun gathering HOTMA resources.
