Agency staff from Asset Management (Contract Administration, Property Management, Tax Credit Compliance) and Risk Management will be available to discuss “Hot Topics” and answer any questions.
Teresa White, Assistant Director of Risk Management & Special Program Administration and Kyle Cruz, Green Technical Advisor, will do a presentation on the Affordable Housing Insurance Pilot (AHIP) Program and the newly created Resilient Multifamily Housing Program (RMHP).
Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completion for 2 credit hours (CEUs) for NAHMA SHCM, CPO, FHC, NAHP-e and NAHP certifications and renewals.
