Job Description: Wheaton Point and The Gables are  Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Communities located in East Windsor, NJ & Princeton Junction, NJ. We are seeking a full-time Occupancy Specialist to oversee the Occupancy responsibilities as set forth by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Tax Credit programs.

Job Requirements: Prepare for yearly file audits and reviews by internal and external parties.
Coordinate the assignments of subsidies, unit transfers, and move out/move-ins
Complete monthly tenant re-certifications. 
Organize and prepare resident files. 
Respond to tenants and applicant questions and inquires and address any issues that arise in an accurate and timely manner.
