Membership Levels

JAHMA has three levels of membership. You can join JAHMA by clicking the Join Today button and filling out the online application.

Executive Membership
Executive Membership in JAHMA is available to professional property management companies who manage one or more federally, state, or locally subsidized or insured housing projects. This membership is available to employees at the management company office or regional managers. Executive Membership has 4 levels of membership from which to choose.

Property Membership
Property Membership in JAHMA is available to Executive Member companies who are owners of such buildings. Please list properties owned and/or managed, using additional sheets if necessary. Benefits extend to all maintenance staff. Property Membership has 4 levels of membership from which to choose.

Vendor Membership
Vendor Membership in JAHMA is available to product service vendors doing business in the property management and maintenance area. Vendor membership is also available to professional service providers, banking services, legal, accounting and insurance service providers whose clients include property management companies.
