HRC Online Property Applications

    JAHMA can help keep you in compliance and avoid large penalties.  Setting up a website and/or hosting your own online fillable application can be very costly and time-consuming. For a nominal cost, JAHMA can convert and host your member applications to the required fillable format and provide you with the link necessary to post on the NJ-HRC.

    If your available affordable apartment is not currently listed on the NJ-HRC with the link to an online fillable or PDF application, you may be at risk of a fine.

  • Hosting renews annually for $25. There is an initial setup fee as listed below plus an annual fee is $25 for hosting. Hosting for the first year is included in the setup fee. Blank pages are not to be included in the total page count for pricing.

    • An application that includes 1-10 pages costs $100 to convert

    • An application that includes 11-35 pages costs $130 to convert

    • An application that includes 36-50 pages costs $160 to convert

  • This service is available to JAHMA members only. Select your option below, fill out the form, submit payment via credit card or check, and email your PDF application to JAHMA.

    • Please allow up to 5 business days for your properties’ application conversion into a fillable pdf.

    • Weblinks will only be provided once payment is received and membership is verified.

    • PDF files must be sent over in numerical order or include a detailed list of file order.

    • Minor changes may be made at no additional charge up to 1 month of receiving weblink.

    • Renewal Invoices will be emailed 30 days prior to your hosting expiration date. Revisions will be made upon request and may incur additional charges.
