Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Description: Affordable senior housing community is looking for an office administrator to become an integral part of the existing team in our Hamilton, NJ location. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detailed oriented, has affordable housing experience, and is driven to provide an excellent experience for our residents. This is a hands-on position where teamwork and collaboration are imperative for success.


  • Inspect office work for completion and accuracy

  • Review and ensure proper processing of all rental applications

  • Oversee resident income certifications

  • Update, organize, and maintain all resident and maintenance files

  • Update, maintain, and prepare weekly and quarterly reports to be submitted to regional manager and corporate office

  • Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing, local, state, and federal regulations

Job Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, residential/real estate setting preferred

  • Knowledge of YARDI or similar property management software

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
