Every day is unpredictable for property management staff. One of the more difficult challenges we face is addressing the very personal and varying issues residents bring to the office on a daily basis. How you tackle these concerns can make or break your day. Residents can be overly friendly and take up too much time or overly hostile which drain us of too much energy. No matter what challenge a resident brings to the office, these tools can be used to make the experience smoother for everyone. This session will provide everyone an opportunities to practice active listening, saying yes, and creating problem solving in order to have a great day!
