Breakfast Meeting: Assistance Animals

This session will address the issues surrounding assistance animals; what is an assistance animal, the difference between service animals and companion animals, what information and documentation an applicant or tenant must supply to obtain permission to have an assistance animal and when such a request can be denied. Can your building can adopt a general no pet policy with certain exceptions? And what to do if a person/family “sneaks” in a animal? Q&A will follow.
