Window Guard, Smoke & C.O. Detector Log Books are now available through JAHMA In an effort to present information to assist in the monitoring of Window Guards and Smoke and C.O. Detectors, The New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association (JAHMA) in accordance with the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency and the Department of Community Affairs has developed a five year log book for annual certification of Window Guard, Smoke and C.O. Detector compliance. In addition to the compliance certification form, the book includes a yearly log for 2006 through 2010 as well as the laws, regulations and codes which must be adhered to for Window Guards, Smoke and C.O. detectors. Special thanks to Harry Jones of EVCO Mechanical and Jeff Feld of L. Epstien Hardware Company for their time and efforts in making this log book possible. While the information contained in the log book presents general information to assist in the monitoring of Window Guards and Smoke and C.O.
