Deadline Extended to July 31 for Pre-Publication Discount Orders for Updated Fair Housing Guide -- New Electronic License Now AvailableThe National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) today announced an extension of the deadline for “pre-publication” discount orders placed on the revised and updated edition of “Fair Housing: A Guidebook for Owners and Managers of Apartments.” The new deadline for discounted pre-publication orders is July 31, 2008.

Each year the New Jersey Affordable Housing management
Association holds a Calendar Poster Contest. Residents of
affordable/assisted communities throughout New Jersey who are members of JAHMA send entries depicting an anti-drug theme to be judged in the New Jersey Contest.
Of these winners, our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners are sent to Washington D.C. for the National Contest.
This year, we are proud to announce the New Jersey local winners.

The new window guard regulations were published February 5 in the New Jersey Register. These regulations implement this summer's new window guard law P.L. 2006, c. 55. The regulations take effect immediately.
