Jeanette Claus, CPA, COS
Director/Owner of PMCS, Inc.; PMCS of Florida, LLC and ICAP, LLC
Jeanette Claus established Property Management Computer Services, Inc. (PMCS) in March 1989 and acquired ownership of the company in May 1998. PMCS provides Compliance, accounting, and TRACS consulting and training, along with a multitude of other specialized services for those in the Affordable Housing Industry.
In the fall of 2000, Jeanette also established a separate entity, Independent CA Professionals, LLC (ICAP) to respond to the needs of the newly awarded Performance Based Contract Administrators (PBCA) for Section 8 project-based contracts. ICAP is a subcontractor for Quadel and processes voucher payments for North Carolina and Southern California.
In March of 2007, Jeanette established PMCS of Florida, LLC, which includes acquisition of the PAWA House Service Bureau Division, formerly owned and managed by Bonnie Wilpon, COS, STAR.
Jeanette is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She was a senior level accountant with a Syracuse-based accounting firm before moving into a controller’s position for a property management company.
Jeanette has vast experience in accounting and management, along with twenty-eight years of affordable housing industry knowledge. Jeanette is an energetic, passionate speaker who deals daily with the obstacles encountered on all sides of the Affordable Housing spectrum, and takes an active role in trying to facilitate efficient solutions. You won’t want to miss her insightful session.
Jeanne Campbell, AHM
Senior Compliance Consultant and Trainer, PMCS, Inc.
Jeanne Campbell is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, and a minor in Planning and Mathematics. She has earned her Assisted Housing Manager designation from Quadel Consulting Corporation and actively participates in the quarterly TRACS meetings in Washington, D.C.
Jeanne has been employed as a computer software test technician and team leader for several local computer corporations. Before joining the PMCS team she was a Voucher Specialist with ICAP, a Performance Based Contract Administrator (PBCA). Jeanne has been with PMCS for over five years as a consultant, trainer and previously was the Service Bureau Coordinator. Her keen computer abilities; extensive knowledge of the Affordable Housing Industry, including TRACS and HUD’s Secure Systems; and her quiet, easy-going, yet determined personality make Jeanne a terrific problem solver. She is a natural at handling HUD compliance issues and puts all the clients at ease when she tackles their Affordable Housing problems. Jeanne loves the challenge and offers the right solution every time.
