Software vendors used by NJHMFA sites will individually present their products in 45 minute presentations in the Harding Room during Thursday’s morning and afternoon sessions. Representatives from REALPAGE, Yardi, IPM and Domin-8 have been invited to participate.

Green Programs Available to Existing Multifamily Buildings

  • Who Should Attend: Managers, Managing Agents, and Owners
  • Speakers: Mary Sheehy, Green Homes Administrator, NJ Green Homes Office, NJHMFA; Lionel Kier, Executive Director, BTC Management Corp.; Dennis Wilson, Founder of ‘The Solar Center’
  • Session Description: Energy Efficiency Programs available to multifamily building owners through the NJ Clean Energy Program. A review of an existing building that has participated in various energy efficiency programs and offers. Information on steps needed to complete an energy audit, collect the right team, and apply for incentives.
