Daniel E. Thomas, Vice President, Interstate Realty Management
Mr. Thomas was previously part of the Management Division of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. He is a faculty member of a nationally recognized consulting firm where he conducts training in HUD occupancy requirements. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate asset and property management. He has participated in the development of CDMP for the privatization of military housing. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lycoming College and is a Certified Property Manager.

Rose Jackson, Manager of Tax Credit Compliance has been with New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency for twenty-three (23) years, serving the last twelve (12) years in the Tax Credit Division. Ms. Jackson supervises the monitoring of over 450 tax credit developments that contain more than 33,000 existing tax credit units for compliance with Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Ms Jackson has extensive experience in the housing industry, inclusive of assisted housing and property management. Ms. Jackson currently holds the designations of Certified Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), C6P and NCP-Executive.
The Tax Credit Staff and NJHMFA are committed to the success of the Tax Credit program in order to increase the hopes and prosperity of the citizens that it serves.
