Suzanne Sigmund, Instructor
Suzanne is the Vice President, Occupancy and Compliance for Community Realty
Management where she has been employed for the past 16 years. Suzanne started in property
management in 1978 as a leasing agent for a 150-unit multi-family property in Central
Pennsylvania. She now holds the Certified Property Management (CPM), the Housing
Credits Certified Professional (HCCP) and the National Affordable Housing Professional
Executive (NAHPe) designations.
Suzanne is the primary trainer for Community Realty Management and has taught multiple
classes such as Occupancy, HUD Manual, 4350.3, Purchasing and Bill Payment. Contract
Supervision, Calculations, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, Application and Interviewing
and various HUD and Tax Credit Update sessions.
Suzanne is a 3-year past president of the Central PA IREM Chapter and is currently the
President of PennDel AHMA.
