Successfully Using EIV
Understanding what’s new and what’s changed!

This new course is a MUST attend class because it addresses changes in how we were instructed previously to use EIV.

The focus will be on the new HUD EIV Notice 10-10 effective July 1. This 77-page notice contains changes in EIV requirements, as well as many suggestions and clarifications.
Included in this seminar:
• Information about potential identity theft which has been added
• Changes and the ripple effect on procedures
• EIV reporting, and which docs have to be updated
• Updating your sites EIV Policies and Procedures
• When to run, how to read, and how to file to be compliant with this new notice.
• The 20 MOR requirements relating to EIV
• The flow of data and the relationship between TRACS and EIV
• Update on the TRACS Rules of Behavior and Security Awareness Training Questionnaire (SATQ).
